Gasten ontvangst en registratie
Het verwelkomen van gasten, inchecken, geven van een rondleiding door de accommodatie, en het verstrekken van informatie over het verblijf en de omgeving, dat doe je vast het liefste zelf. Maar de administratie eromheen, zoals een eventuele online check-in, het verstrekken van toegangscodes gaat heel gemakkelijk en snel met geautomatiseerde sms berichen en e-mails voor en daarnaasy krijgt elke gast krijgt daarmee een persoonlijke Guest Guide..
Professionele foto’s
Met professionele foto’s van je woning spring je er gelijk uit op de boekingsplatforms en het vergroot de kans dat je gasten de juiste accommodatie kiezen. We maken een VR toer, 360 graden foto’s en leggen elke ruimte in 1 herkenbare stijl vast. Indien gewenst voegen we er drone foto’s van de omgeving aan toe!
Boekhouding & facturatie
Wij maken voor elke boeking een (pro forma) factuur die voldoet aan de wetgeving daaran en die zonodog naar gasten gestuurd kan worden. In ons boekhoudsysteem houden we de facturen bij en kunnen zo aan je vertellen hoeveel btw of toeristenbelasting moet worden afgedragen. We kunnen ook de hele uitvoeringskant van de boekhouding overnemen en je in contact brengen met belastingadviseurs
Upselling (extra’s)
Veel B&B’s bieden ontbijt aan (what’s in a name) en sommigen ook fietsen. Maar er is veel meer mogelijk! Hoe leuk is het de reisbeleving voor je gasten beter te maken, zoals door zoals lokale producten, te aan te bieden of belevenissen voor ze te organiseren! Onze tools helpen je hierbij.
