Het Spoel VOF processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself, possibly via another entity such as a booking platform.

Our website runs on WordPress, our planning system is Smoobu and we do our accounting in e-bookkeeping. We cannot oversee how these companies handle your information, as well as the booking platforms that you may provide with data. They automatically send your data to Smoobu so that we can view and use it to communicate with you. Our email application is from Apple. If you make a direct booking, you do so through our website in Smoobu (which are linked to each other).
There are no special and/or sensitive personal data that we process.

Het Spoel VOF processes your personal data for the following purposes:

How long we store personal data
Het Spoel VOF does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data: 7 years (in accordance with the Tax Act) in e-accounting and Smoobu (to be able to prove the bookings and taxes paid per booking) and whatsapp and mail at least 2 years (to recognise returning guests).
We do not store any data on our own website, network or devices, only in the aforementioned software applications managed by the relevant companies.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Het Spoel VOF does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal or contractual obligation. In practice, it means that we add your phone number to Whatsapp, your email address to Mail and, for direct bookings, your name, phone number and email address to Smoobu.
